To be eligible to use Epicor Service CRM in conjunction with Optimize services, it is required that our current and future clients be on our Essentials, Core, or Professional Package. 


The Essentials Package consists of reputation management on Facebook, Google, and Yelp. Ads can be run on those platforms in which Epicor Service CRM reporting services can be used. 


The Core Package consists of five platforms: Facebook, Google, Yelp, Twitter, and YouTube. With this package, you are entitled to all the services provided for the Essentials Package, as well as the management of the other platforms. 


The Professional Package is our highest package and consists of the most services, as well as the building of a website. This package takes all the platforms from the Core Package and adds Instagram and Nextdoor to the list.
